Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water or almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 kiwi, peeled
- 1 tsp Blue Spirulina powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- A few mint leaves
- Ice, if needed
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass.
- Top with blueberries, chia seeds, and mint if desired.
