Blue Recovery Smoothie

Bright, fresh, and easy to make, this Blue Spirulina smoothie is a simple way to bring a little colour into your daily routine.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water or almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 kiwi, peeled
  • 1 tsp Blue Spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • A few mint leaves
  • Ice, if needed

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass.
  4. Top with blueberries, chia seeds, and mint if desired.
