- ½ banana
- ½ cup mango pieces
- ½ cup mixed berries
- ¼ cup orange juice
- ½ cup cold water or coconut water
- ½ to 1 teaspoon Micro Wholefoods Astaxanthin Powder
- Ice, optional
Method
- Add the banana, mango and mixed berries to a blender.
- Pour in the orange juice and cold water or coconut water.
- Add the Micro Wholefoods Astaxanthin Powder.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice if you prefer it colder or thicker.
- Pour into a glass or jar and serve fresh.
