Daily AFA Green Smoothie

A fresh green smoothie made with AFA powder, banana, mango, green apple and spinach — simple, bright and easy to blend.

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 cup leafy greens, such as spinach
  • ½ green apple, chopped
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup mango pieces
  • ¾ to 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon Micro Wholefoods AFA Powder
  • Ice, optional

Method

  1. Add the spinach, green apple, banana and mango to a blender.
  2. Pour in the cold water or coconut water.
  3. Add the Micro Wholefoods AFA Powder.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add ice if you prefer a colder smoothie.
  6. Pour into a glass or jar and serve fresh.

Optional Garnish

Top with:

  • A spinach leaf
  • A few mango cubes
  • A slice of green apple
  • A glass straw for serving
