A fresh green smoothie made with AFA powder, banana, mango, green apple and spinach — simple, bright and easy to blend.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 1 cup leafy greens, such as spinach
- ½ green apple, chopped
- ½ banana
- ½ cup mango pieces
- ¾ to 1 cup cold water or coconut water
- ½ to 1 teaspoon Micro Wholefoods AFA Powder
- Ice, optional
Method
- Add the spinach, green apple, banana and mango to a blender.
- Pour in the cold water or coconut water.
- Add the Micro Wholefoods AFA Powder.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice if you prefer a colder smoothie.
- Pour into a glass or jar and serve fresh.
Optional Garnish
Top with:
- A spinach leaf
- A few mango cubes
- A slice of green apple
- A glass straw for serving
