Ingredients

- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup plain yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
- ¼ cup milk, almond milk or coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Micro Wholefoods Blue Spirulina
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup mixed berries, for topping
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- Fresh mint, optional
Method
- Add the frozen banana, yoghurt, milk and Blue Spirulina Powder to a blender.
- Blend until thick, smooth and creamy.
- Add a little extra milk only if needed, keeping the texture thick enough to spoon.
- Spoon into a bowl.
- Top with blueberries, mixed berries, coconut flakes and fresh mint.
- Serve straight away.
